Three days before check-in, guests will receive the necessary information, including the house address and directions on how to find it.

We’ll give you recommendations on where to stop on your way in.

Check-In

Lockboxes at each rental property make check-in a breeze.

Bedroom Supplies

Our team will provide all linens and towels.

Bathroom Supplies

We provide all the essentials for your stay, including toilet paper, hand soaps, shampoo, and body wash.

Kitchen Supplies

We provide all cooking essentials, such as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. All you have to do is bring your favorite spices!

Recommendations

Each property has an orientation book with local menus and plenty of things to do.

Communications

We’ll send you messages throughout the process to make sure you’re happy with everything.

Availability

We respect your privacy, but we are only a short drive away if you require assistance.

Reminders

We’ll Do the Deep Cleaning, but Please Take Note of the Following:

  • If you cook with the kitchen equipment, wash it (we provide dish soap).
  • If you use the dishes, clean them with the dishwasher (we provide dishwasher tabs).
  • If you spill food, clean it up (we provide paper towels).
  • If you take out the games, kayaks, or floats, put them back (all provided).
  • If you have a fire in the fireplace, make sure it’s out completely before you are (one holder fully provided during fall or winter).
  • If your towels or linens are dirty, you can wash them during your stay (detergent provided) or put them on the floor at the end of your visit.
  • If you leave, always lock up behind you.

  • Local Noise Ordinances Designate Quiet Hours Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Health and Safety

Your health and safety inside the premises are one of our main priorities. For your well-being, we adhere to Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning process. We also have some reminders to protect you from any danger that might happen at any time:

  • There are no carbon monoxide detectors on our properties, but smoke alarms are installed.
  • Our rentals are nearby lakes, rivers, and other bodies of water.
  • Guests must use stairs to get to the lake.
