We keep track of the calendar on Airbnb.
Owner Usage of Home
We reserve any dates requested by owners to allow them to stay at the house or do repairs or upkeep.
Cleaning
We’ll schedule cleaning between reservations and do regular inspections to verify if the cleaners are doing a good job.
Supplies
We interact directly with cleaners to verify that supplies are stocked and manage the acquisition of additional materials by ordering from the owner or purchasing directly and being reimbursed.
Guest Communication Through Airbnb Portal
We handle all communication with guests through the entire process (booking, check-in, validation of property to 5-star standards, check-out, review request).
Property Damage or Maintenance Reporting
Any property damage discovered is reviewed with the owner, and repairs are coordinated.
Finding Local Contractors
We’ll help identify local contractors and arrange for repairs and upkeep.
Information Binder
The co-host will create and maintain an information binder for guests.
Guest Reviews
The co-host will do everything reasonably possible to receive a 5-star rating from guests.
